Fucking sunny and 75
unbelivable... it would be perfect if there were a better landscape to go with it
in your car this sunshine makes it almost bearable to be stuck in the stink and concrete of this city's byways
almost
the drivers are nuts, but drivers everywhere are nuts
its the biggest fucking cliche in the universe to move somewhere and act surprised about how bad the drivers are
everyone, including me, SUCKS at driving
this should be accepted
it is the only way to keep one's sanity on the 101 and the 405
so life is more expensive
sunnier
more condensed
more intimidating thanks to school
and more intent on advertising to me the fact that i am poor, i lack marketable skills, and i lack the inspiration to apply whatver talent has stuck around with me all this while
but LA seems to be alot like middleschool
whose better than who, whose tougher
and middleschool was all talk, so i 'm not taking LA's message too seriously yet
despite the fact that you have to be loaded and pretty to party
unless you party like i do, which means you drink cheaply in shitty bars with wierd people where you dont have to dance
but the supporting cast of "college" kept that whole practice honest - you'd still meet people and do things at these crappy bars because you'd still be in college. Here, i imagine these hole-in-the-walls have nothing but truckers, non-MILFS, and other anti-social wierdos like myself to deal with. No collegiate support there, no scene.
BUT MOE, the DANK!
hope for school to snap things into order
to get my life in step
let me do what i want
give academics a real try and perhaps care enough about something to go make some money doing things i like to do
avoid the claustrophobia of being indoors always on sunny days
the weather will not comiserate and yield a rainy day
logan is adjusted
so it will come in time
the hills of los angeles are burning
