because i am not rich yet and i don't live there


chris is now married, feeding the european economy and the canadian healthcare system with his honeymoon of gamblin' and impulse appliance buying

the rest of the wedding party returns to their lives, wondering how he made it this far, and how far he will continue to go

i got back into the states this morning ... or maybe yesterday morning, i don't know

i've spent the last four days in a blissful bubble, free of any but the simplest responsibilities, where a benign and judgement-free benefactor went to every expense to make sure i was rarely sober, never hungry, and always care-free

i slept from around noon to around nine tonight
i did this because the flight started sometime yesterday, and through the cruel trickery of standardized time zones, "night" as relative to me, lasted all of about 4 hours

so now it's dark out
ate crappy sushi, walked and talked with logan, watched donnie darko again

feeling like
its almost time to take a page from bednarz's book
and split
